Restoration and expansion of a 1930 Mediterranean Revival landmark: the historic clubhouse was restored and light-filled residential towers and a hotel were added. Kobi Karp played a key role in the restoration and expansion.

Civil engineer and MBA with more than 20 years of experience in construction budgeting, technical construction supervision and commercial management for transnational and local construction companies, with national and international experience.
Through ASE Engineering Services — a firm with more than 25 years in the private sector, especially in buildings, retail and urban development — he leads the engineering and cost-control disciplines behind our developments:
Multifamily housing, office buildings, hotels, retail, warehouses, urban development and hospitals — budgets, unit-price analyses and quantity take-offs (S10 & Presto).
Cost control by control items, planned-vs-actual schedule control and weekly or biweekly reporting.
Modeling, coordination and continuous updating of each project.
Lump-sum, collaborative and administration contracts; bidding documents, technical and economic evaluation of proposals and finalist reports.
